Website Care Agreement
This agreement outlines optional ongoing support after your website launches — so expectations stay clear, calm, and simple on both sides.
1. What Website Care Is
Website Care is an optional monthly service for clients who want continued technical support and light updates without managing the website themselves.
Your website build is still a one-time project. Website Care is not required to keep your site live.
2. What’s Included
- Hosting management via GitHub Pages
- Domain connection and DNS support
- Minor content updates (text edits, image swaps, link updates)
- Small layout/spacing adjustments
- Basic site monitoring
- Email support for site-related questions
Typical turnaround: 3–5 business days, depending on scope and workload.
3. What’s Not Included
- Full redesigns or rebranding
- New pages or major new sections
- Advanced functionality or integrations
- Marketing services (SEO strategy, ads, copywriting, funnels, etc.)
- Unlimited or daily update requests
Larger updates or new features are quoted separately and only completed with approval.
4. Monthly Plans
- Website Care — Standard: $95/month (light ongoing updates + support)
- Website Care — Priority: $150/month (faster turnaround + higher-touch support)
Plans are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time with notice.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide clear instructions and content for requested updates
- Review completed updates in a timely manner
- Maintain ownership of the domain and related accounts
Kayla Marie Collective is not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, domain providers, or changes made outside the agreed workflow.
6. Ownership & Access
Clients retain full ownership of their website content. Kayla Marie Collective manages hosting and technical setup during the care period.
If Website Care is canceled, the site can be transferred or handed off in a reasonable timeframe.
7. Termination
Website Care is month-to-month and may be canceled by either party at any time.
8. Agreement
By enrolling in Website Care, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms above.
