What It Is

Support after launch — without handing everything back to you

Website Care is an optional monthly support service for Kayla Marie Collective clients who want continued help after their site goes live.

It is designed for business owners who do not want to troubleshoot small issues, make routine edits themselves, or worry about who to contact when something needs attention.

Your website build is still a one-time project. Website Care simply gives you an ongoing support option if you want it.

Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days depending on scope and workload, with faster support available on the Priority plan when possible.

What’s Not Included

Not meant for major rebuilds

  • Full redesigns or rebrands
  • New pages or major new sections
  • Advanced integrations or custom development
  • Marketing strategy, ads, funnels, or copywriting
  • Large revision batches or daily requests

If you need larger updates or new functionality, that work is quoted separately before anything moves forward.

Website Care is meant to keep support simple and clear. These are the questions that tend to come up most often.

Do I need Website Care to keep my site live?

No. Website Care is completely optional. Your website build is still a one-time project, and your site can remain live without an ongoing monthly care plan.

What counts as a small update?

Small updates typically include things like text edits, image swaps, button or link changes, minor formatting adjustments, and simple content refreshes on existing pages.

Larger changes like new pages, major section redesigns, rebrands, or advanced functionality are quoted separately.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. If your support needs change, you can move between the Standard and Priority plans based on what makes the most sense for your business at that time.

What if I need something outside my care plan?

If a request falls outside the scope of Website Care, I will let you know before moving forward. Larger updates, new features, or more involved work are always quoted separately and only completed with approval.

Is Website Care available for any website?

Website Care is primarily intended for Kayla Marie Collective clients. If your site was not built by KMC but you are interested in ongoing support, reach out and I can let you know whether it is a fit.
